if you would like my views on your yellow box ticket (ie if you have grounds for appeal and what to say if you do), please buy me a coffee, then after you have done this, fill out the form below. I need all the info to give a full assessment. Or email the info to info@yellowboxes.co.uk To download the video log onto the the council's website and right click on it. Usually the video is the last image or a play button. For TfL tickets you must call and ask for the video. They will send you a DVD but if you don't have a DVD player, don't fret, that in itself is grounds for appeal. Please note I may use the video on social media but I will not name you (unless you want me to).
If you went to a lawyer for advice on your ticket you'd be looking at £250+ an hour but I'm happy to sit down with a coffee and help (essentially a £5 donation to the site). Remember, the first appeal is to the authority who usually reject. If you want to appeal to adjudicator after that the fine doubles if you lose. I can give my views on your chances of winning but please remember there is NEVER any guarantee of winning no matter what I or anyone else says.
I also undertake IHE approved training for local authority staff and consultants in designing and enforcing yellow boxes. For further information please see here. If you are an authority designing a new yellow box I am happy to offer a free desktop assessment.
