I would suggest that the wizard would be good for the first stage of appeal and the 121 help would be best for adjudicator or more subjective cases. The first appeal is to the authority who usually reject. If you want to appeal to adjudicator the fine doubles if you lose. I can give my views on your chances of winning but please remember there is NEVER any guarantee of winning no matter what I or anyone else says. Please note I may use the video on social media but I will not name you (unless you want me to). If this is an issue then unfortunately I won't be able to review your PCN.
